COCOA BEAN represents the finest Broward Motoryacht built in the manufactures 50-year history. She was custom designed by Broward's in-house design team with sound engineering done by Joe Smullin of Sound Down. Entering through her starboard side main foyer, all three decks are accessible by a custom spiral staircase with marble flooring and bamboo paneled wall covering. Moving aft, her custom Robin Rose oak interior features a casual and comfortable island motif with oversized salon and adjacent dining salon. Elegant yet cozy seating areas and a walk-up wet bar with a built-in entertainment area complete this area. Further aft is an oversized aft deck accessed through double doors which features teak decks, rattan furnishings and seating for large groups of twelve or more. Forward of the entry, is a glass-enclosed owner's office which features a custom built-in oak desk and cabinetry providing ample working area. The glass bulkheads provide outdoor visibility through the large starboard companionway windows. Further forward, is the enormous, full width on-deck master stateroom with his and her marble baths. In addition, there is a large entertainment center along with his & her walk-in closets. Completing the on-deck arrangement is a full service galley with double ovens, double door refrigerator/freezers, dishwashers, etc. There is ample counter space for serving and several pantries for dry good storage along with forward access to crew quarters below. Below deck there are four oversized guest staterooms two with Queen sized berths and two with twin berths, all with private ensuite baths. The crew quarters is accessible through a concealed mirrored door to allow for ease of service. The forward crew area is equipped with a laundry center with double washer/dryers, oversize crew lounge and four cabins with over/under berths. The upper deck features comfortable and cozy skylounge with seating, game table, entertainment center and built-in book shelves. This area provides panoramic views through oversized windows. Double doors access the upper aft deck which provides dining for up to twelve along with comfortable seating. A custom spiral staircase leads to the flybridge deck. Forward of the skylounge is an on-deck powder room, large marble foyer and access to the pilothouse. Aft of the pilothouse to port is the private captains stateroom with head. Port and starboard entry doors access the teak walk-around decks with Portuguese bridge and forward seating area for 12. The flybridge deck provides additional seating for dining, full wet bar with grill, refrigerator and icemaker. A large Jacuzzi/tub is encircled by several sun chaise lounges all with new cushions and coverings. | ||
