The Nyumba has sailed many nautical miles and is in good condition.In 2015 the current owner has installed a gyroscope in the vessel to give her more stability on open water. In addition the navigation equipment has been recently replaced and a new radar dome is installed. The boat is up to date. Together with the double glass in the windows and the Kabola central heating system this ship is ideal for a long boating season and distant travels with long stay on board.

Due to high superstructure and the windows on all sides in the wheelhouse you have a great view and overview from any place in the ship. The large table with U-shaped seating on a sort of middle deck divided the interior space in a playful way and gives a very spacious feel. The big long kitchen on the lower deck is bright and has everything for long stay on board.
Saloons: Wheelhouse with long L-shaped sofa, middle deck with large table and U-shaped sofa, 3 cabins, one with a double bed and one with two large beds in V. The third cabin is furnished as storage. 2 spacious bathrooms, one with hip bath.

Engines, electrics, water:
The main engine is a 6 cylinder 165 hp strong Volvo Penta. Besides the bow thruster there is a stern thruster installed in 2014. The Westerbeke generator provides power when shore power is not available. Hot water from the boiler and the Kabola central heating system ensures pleasant temperatures. The engine compartment is closed with a watertight door. The installation of the Giro in 2015 gives the ship more stability and she sails very comfortable in all conditions.
