She will sleep two adults on a v-berth that can convert to a dinette. The owner has added a small second table to the teak and holly sole so the berth does not need to be disturbed when it's time to eat. The Cabin is well ventilated with 6 screened opening ports and an overhead hatch. The head has an electric flush toilet, drop seat cover, Corian sink and countertop, and an integral shower.
The galley has a 2 burner electric 2246 Princess stove, microwave, stainless steel sink and Norcold DC-340 refrigerator with freezer compartment. Hot water is supplied from a Kuma 6 gal. water heater (new 2010). Pressure water is available at both sinks. The galley is trimmed in teak, and has a Corian counter top and plenty of storage.
Deck equipment includes anchor, chain and line rode, welded radar arch, bowpulpit, fenders with storage racks, and dock lines, raw water deck wash at the transom, swim platform (new 2010) and swim ladder. She also has a remote searchlight mounted on the arch, horn, navigation lights, and a windshield wiper.
Hull sides are Kelly Green; decks are white. Her canvas is tan (updated approx. 5 years ago), with side curtains and a drop curtain, encloses the helm area.
She has a Aqua Meter Saturn compass, Standard Horizon Eclipse Plus VHF, Garmin 400C fishfinder/sounder, Garmin GPS Map 546 S (color), and Raytheon RL70 radar.
