1997 Sumerset 16 x 76 House Boat

Boat has been totally updated in last three years. It is powered by two new 5.7 L. Mercruisrs with Bravo II outdrives. There is a Humminbird dept and fish finder, a am/fm stereo system with cd players at both the down stairs area and the upper deck area. There are four tv’s in the boat and one is a LCD/HD. The galley has a double sink, a cook top and oven, a microwave oven, a side by side large refrigerator, a 110 gal. pressurized water system, two ice makers, two 17 gallon hot water heaters, and a dish washer. There are two Rariton heads with 110 gal. holding tank and one shower and one tub and shower. There are upper and lower helms, electronic shifters at both, bow and aft flood lights, a rear view camera system, new carpet thru out the boat, four ceiling fans, a large party top and a bimini over the upper drive station, the paint and graphics were new in 2007, there is a wireless internet router, many smoke and co detectors, a four person Jacuzzi on the upper deck, a water slide, a davit, and built in washer and dryer, and an engine synchronizer. On the upper deck there is a built in bar with sink and ice maker, a BBQ grill with cover, a new kitchen floor, and the boat was hauled out in 2009 and all the drive maintenance was completed at that time. The boat sleep ten and has a king in the master stateroom and a queen and four singles in other staterooms. There is a Westerbeke 15 kw generator and a heat pump central heating and a/c system. The party top was new in 2008 and there is a custom upper drive station cover. The boat is white with blue graphics and has navy blue canvas and a blue and lite gray interior. The updating is really nice in this boat.
