"Floating Condo" is exactly the apt description that applies to this beautiful aft cabin motor yacht. The present owners have used their yacht in this fashion dividing their time between their yacht, their motor home and their primary residence. The longest water trip was from the West Coast of Florida to Savannah in 2002 upon purchase. These are original actual hours on the engines.
