Extensive thought went into the interior accommodations in "Heavy Fuel". She was ordered with considerable upgrades from granite and marble to the Caterpillar diesels with Mathers electronic controls. A large salon with dining table and curved couch seating area provides a superior open setting. This is significantly improved by elimination of the inside steering station, and was ordered so as to provide a gallery forward layout with expansive window area. There is a full dining area port and desk to starboard just aft of the galley. Further aft is the half circle sofa with table and opposite a small table and two chairs. Another benefit of this layout is by providing an expansive entertainment area on the main deck, away from the captain at the helm on the bridge. This provides a more private setting for your guests. The large bridge has significant seating, including 4 Stidd helm chairs allowing owner/captains to bring the "party" there. Solid wood bamboo flooring is a new addition to the boat, covering the salon, curved stairs, master stateroom and twin bed stateroom. There is another small stateroom under the stairs that kids love.
The master stateroom is the full width of the boat and is very spacious. Vanity to port and couch to starboard. Excellent lighting choices, opening ports and king walk around bed, all add to the elegance of this stateroom. Satellite TV/VCR faces the bed, enclosed in a cabinet.
Master heads, (2) book match on either side of a common huge shower which sports multiple choices of spray heads or wand. Washer/Dryer is stacked to starboard.
Heads are Headhunter and counters and floors are Marble.
VIP stateroom with separate head is entered via private hall with separate door. Stateroom has a queen bed, two hanging lockers, TV, Marble floor and counters in head.
Twin bed stateroom is to port, entered from a door in the curved staircase. A separate head is accessed by a door from the hall or from the stateroom. Separate Satellite feed to the TV/VCR.
All staterooms have separate Cruise Air/Heat digital controls and units.
The aft deck just outside the salon, contains a wet bar with a new icemaker, a cockpit table and chairs and a second command station in the after wing. The command station contains engine controls and thruster controls and affords easy control for backing into a slip. New exterior carpet just added.
On the bridge is a fridge/freezer combo with Jenn-aire stove. A table completes the bridge with couch/bench seating on one side.
There are four Stidd leather helm chairs on the bridge. New carpet 2006 for all the bridge and aft deck. Further aft is a Marquipt lift and RIB dingy. Recent canvas with customization provides superior weatherproofing and access. It includes special protection for the stairwell from rain and insects. The decks are wide and well protected by the bulwarks. Forward is a huge anchor locker and line stowage with windlass and anchor assembly. Midships are matching boarding gates which also accommodate a boarding ramp stored in the engine room. One either side of the swim platform are hydraulic operated garage doors for the two small jet skis. Engine room is protected with a massive watertight door.
Granite countertops, dishwasher, trashcompactor, and side by side freezer/fridge. Galley has stove, oven, microwave, coffeepot built-ins and disposal.
