'Serenity' is a sharp, turn-key Tiara 40 Express that's been nicely maintained and appropriately upgraded by her current owner. Two of the strongest attributes of this 40 Express model are the extremely welcoming interior and exterior layouts. Space and comfort are plentiful at the helm, in the cockpit, and down below in the salon.
Twin Caterpillar 3208s, 9kw Onan genset, Garmin 4208 chartplotter w/ gps, 4kw Furuno radar, Robertson autopilot, private owner and guest cabins, and a functional deck layout are a few features 'Serenity' has to offer. She's a clean, functional platform for dock-side entertaining or extensive cruising and a noteworthy example of Tiara build quality at a competitive price point.

The Tiara 40 Express is an extremely accommodating boat with room to spare. Whether on deck or down below, there's plenty of room for a large family or crew. Two long benches face each other in the aft section of the cockpit, which are converted into a dinette/lounge area with dual hydraulic tables that raise from the sole. In the forward end of the cockpit, a large helm bench seats three or more crew while underway. Finally, a large stern deck offers plenty of room for a dinghy without encroaching on the exterior living space.
The interior of the Tiara 40 Express is one of the most attractive features of this popular model. The companionway steps down into a large L-shape galley along the port side, which opens up to a massive salon area. A spacious settee/dinette to starboard creates an ideal environment for meals aboard, or watching a movie on the flatscreen just opposite to port. Forward of the salon, a private owner's cabin boasts an island berth on centerline with plentiful storage on either side and copious amounts of natural light. The owner's cabin is complimented by a large head compartment with spacious stall shower, bright vanity, and a VacuFlush head. Entrances from the main salon and owner's suite facilitate use of the head from the either living space.
Aft of the salon, a functional guest cabin boasts plenty of headroom, natural light, and a built-in head and vanity. The double-berth makes this cabin, and the boat, liveable on extended cruises with guests or a large family.
