HULL and DECK:
The sleek low profile hull recently ( 2014 ) painted a custom deep Endeavour Blue Awlgrip ( using base coat / clear coat , 5 coat process ) with white double boot stripes and white double cove stripes. Rub rail with polished stainless steel guard trim. The teak decking uses concealed fasteners and epoxy for installation. All exterior teak brightwork has a fresh 18 coat Awlgrip Allwood ( 2015 ) glossy finish, protected with Sunbrella covers.
BELOW THE WATERLINE: custom fairing around the bow thruster to minimize resistance, all thru-hulls forward of the mast have been replaced with flush mount thru-hull seacocks, Interlux 2000 blister guard ( refreshed 2014 ), 3 coats of Micron 66 ( 2014 ). The hull is built in excess to Lloyd's specifications, using vinylester resin and high tech methods of construction. The steering system was overhauled / upgraded with new Edson Pull / Pull cables, shives, turning blocks, rudder post stuffing box ( 2014 ).
The proud owner of this fine vessel has decided to sell his pride and joy, and is interested in moving to a larger vessel. The 56' Taswell with the systems for handling the the boat under power or sail, made short-handing the boat very easy for the current owner, so his confidence is leading him to a larger vessel.
