1996 Sumerset 16 x 58 House Boat

This boat comes with a new Sony flat screen tv in the salon, new custom drapes and valances, new marble kitchen counter tops, new stainless steel kitchen appliances incl. a refrigerator, oven, and microwave oven, a new electric reclining couch and chair in the salon.  There are two four stroke Mercury 175 h.p. engines that were new in 2007.  This is a really nice four bedroom boat that is priced far below all the other house boats I have for sale.  There are air horns, a vhf radio with antenna, a am/fm stereo radio with cd player, a tv and vcr and dvd player.  The galley has a double sink, a four burner range, an oven, microwave oven, a refrigerator, a hot and cold pressure water system and  a ice maker in the refrigerator.  There are two gravity flow heads, a holding tank and one shower.  Other options includes a slide with water to it, electronic shifters, a washer/dryer combo unit, smoke detectors, nice outdoor furniture on the upper deck and front deck, a wet bar with sink, refrigerator on upper deck, two drive stations, ceiling fans and much much more.  Canvas includes a large canvas party top over the upper deck.  Like I said earlier, the boat will sleep eight in four bed rooms and comes with a Westerbeke generator, and a Trane heating and air conditioning system.  You won’t be disappointed in this boat or its price.
