"Sea Witch" - A 1995 31' Tiara with hard to find Hardtop is by far the cleanest on the market at the present time. Very rare 300hp Caterpillar Engine package with 980 hours; generator w/l@ 600 hrs; new a/c, teak and holly sole, convertible settee, outriggers, new bottom paint, new cutlass bearings,  transom door with swim platform, new GPS, the list goes on and on.

The 31' Open Tiara has remained one of the most popular Tiara models built, since her redesign in 1992. Nothing has changed from 1992 to present, the redesign included a greater bow flare for a dryer ride, prop pockets in order to reduce Shaft angles, and also a Deep-V hull with a sharper entry and a transom deadrise of 18º. The Tiara Open also features a Bi-Level cockpit layout with lounge seating, Hydraulic Engine Hatch, In-Deck Fish Box, Sink, Live Well, Freshwater and Saltwater wash downs, tackle center and transom door.  .  The large swim platform has an integrated swim ladder ; the boat also features recessed trim tabs.

 

Below, the vessel is powered by twin 300 HP Caterpillar Diesels with 980 hours. Located aft of the engines, you find a low hour  Westerbeke Generator …the owner spent over $4,000 to have Merritts replace large strainers with bottom mounted eel grass strainers to create more engine room space so  the generator could  be repaired in the boat.

At the helm you will find a perfect combination of electronics, Raymarine Auto Pilot, New Garmin GPSmap 182c, updated Raymarine C80 combo plotter/depth/radar, and Raytheon VHF.

Spacious interior with plenty of headroom, teak and holly sole, table and settee to starboard (converts to bed), galley to port with refrigerator, two burner electric stove, microwave, sink and plenty of cabinet storage. You will also find a customized queen berth forward with hanging storage. Head is located to the starboard side aft of the galley and is equipped with a sink, shower and electric toilet.

Accommodations

The 3100 Tiara has a bi-level cockpit layout, an enlarged engine room. The interior cabin of the boat is entered thru a sliding door and down three steps. The teak and holly floor with a U-shaped convertible dinette on the starboard side and galley to portside. There is a queen berth forward and head with shower to aft.
