The 31 Open was produced from 1979-2004 making this the most popular Tiara model ever built!
The current owner purchased this 31 Open in 2010 with the idea he would keep this boat for many years, however he now has decided he would like a larger boat, so "ADELLA" may not be the least expensive 1995 31 Open model available, however she has had roughly 100K in upgrades and updates in 2010 making her more than likley, the most well equipped and she really shows as close to "in as new" condition. (See Specs)
You will not be dissapointed and will find it very hard to find something else comparable for the value. You can own a near perfect boat for a fraction of the cost of new one!
Sleeps 4 owners in guests in the forward sleeping quarters, along with the dinette that will convert to a full berth.

The entrance door is a sliding smoked plexiglass unit.
The current owner purchased this 31 Open in 2010 with the idea he would keep this boat for many years, however he now has decided he would like a larger boat, so here are the facts:
The boat was immediately taken to the yard for this extensive re-fit and the entire project was supervised from start to finish by a well respected and qualified marine tech. The running gear was removed (Props, Shafts, Struts and Rudders) and sent to a machine shop where they were inspected, serviced and replaced as necessary. At that time all through hull fittings were also inspected and serviced. Then the bottom was completely stripped to the original gel-coat surface and a epoxy barrier coat was applied, along with a primer coat and then bottom paint. All the running gear was re assembled, aligned, with new cutlass bearings, and drip-less shaft seals were installed. The rudders also were serviced with new seals before being installed.
Custom brackets were fabricated for the addition of Racor 500 series fuel filters, and all fuel lines were replaced with Ethanol resistant hoses, including the generator. New fuel pumps were installed along with the secondary filters including the generator filter. The fuel tanks were polished (filtered) to remove any debris prior to adding new fuel.
New rocket launchers were added for total of 11, and a flush mounted 12 volt receptacle was installed for a electric reel.
In the cockpit, all of the access panels were replaced with new, and the "diamond" non skid was completely renewed and then painted to Factory Specs. All of the cushions and coaming boards were re ulpholstered with heavy duty quality vinyl, with all new canvas covers to preserve the cushions. All eisenglass was replaced.
New upgraded Smart-plug shore power receptacle were installed and new 30 amp power cords were added. A new Charles smart battery charger was installed, along with all of the batteries, battery boxes and battery cables in April of 2012.
New gas fume detector, shower sump, electric head macerator, port lights and B self leveling trim tabs and actuators.
All of the panels on the helm were custom fabricated, powder coated and laser engraved, with new new toggle switches. The lamps, spreader lights and courtesy lights were replaced
New Ocean LED A12 Pro Series Blue underwater lights were installed during the bottom service performed in 2012.
NOTE: Bottom was just serviced Feb 2014 with two coats of Micron CRC, Prop Speed applied to the running gear, new Zincs and the boat was detailed.
The Generator was completely inspected, serviced and any items in question were replaced.
