The Yachting Monthly Report for the Sigma 8m reads: "Under sail whatever the conditions she is no slouch and picks up speed quickly the second you sheet in. She is comfortable to steer. Downwind under spinnaker she is quick! If you still need convincing in intermediate planing conditions pump the mainsail and she squirts up on to the plane. The faster she goes the easier she is to steer and the more stable she becomes. She is well built, well equipped and well worth a look." This example has been well cared for and lightly raced, well worth consideration.
