Accommodations and Layout:
This late model Royal Passport 44 Center Cockpit features the trademark "head forward" followed by a Pullman berth to create a unique and comfortable guest stateroom. Cabin headroom is 6'6".
The spacious main saloon has easy chairs to starboard facing a roomy "U-shaped" dinette. There are special Lewmar opening ports, port and starboard in the hull that open into the saloon. Finely crafted teak bookshelves and cabinets are outboard of the settee and dinette area for lots of storage. Headroom on centerline 6'6"
A fully equipped galley aft to starboard of the main saloon has all the storage and features to delight a gourmet cook. Headroom 6'5".
A well laid out navigation station is located to port at the base of the companionway for easy access from the cockpit. Here is where you will find all of your necessary electrical panels and instrumentation.
The engine is accessible by opening two large doors located in the walk-thru area opposite the nav. station, under the companionway stairs, and in the galley for 180 degree engine access.
Aft of the nav. station to port is a large hanging locker. Opposite to starboard is the door to the "machinery room", a large insulated area for, generators, additional batteries, storing spare parts, etc.
The luxuriant owner's stateroom is aft, with a centerline queen sized berth (82"x60"). Opposite the berth, looking forward is a teak vanity built into the bulkhead with mirror and swing out seat. To port of the berth as you enter the stateroom are two large hanging lockers, followed by bookshelves and storage compartments. On the starboard side of the berth are additional lockers and drawers. Forward of that is the ensuite head with separate shower stall. The head's vanity top is a custom deep gold toned granite with designer faucets of stainless steel trimmed in gold. Italian "Cantalupi" designer lighting is used throughout the yacht. Headroom in cabin and shower is 6'5".
The interior joinery is gorgeous hand crafted, furniture grade teak.
The galley is well laid out with beautiful "sierra sandstone" Corian countertops, a deep double stainless steel sink, designer faucet, microwave/convection oven, a gimbaled three-burner stove with oven, a top and front opening refrigeration compartment and separate freezer compartment, Seafrost holding plate refrigeration system. All this is surrounded by gorgeous solid wood teak louvered lockers and drawers. Pressure water with 10 gal. hot water heater (110v and engine driven).

Isopthalic gelcoat on all exterior fiberglass surfaces above the waterline. Internal lead ballast glassed into modified fin keel. Skeg mounted rudder. Deck is cored closed cell foam.
