Freebird is a 1995 fixed mast aft cockpit, long cabin model which has been adapted for extended cruising. It has both a Dodger and a Bimini, a refrigerator run by 2 solar panels which increase bimini protection.  It has additional custom storage, an improved V-berth, and has been kept in excellent condition.  It has cruised twice in the Florida Keys for 1-2 months – its normal cruising grounds are southern New England.

Like all of the other Corsair models, this boat is easily trailered, greatly extending your sailing horizons. The cockpit comfortably seats six adults.  Winches, halyards, sheets as well as the controls for the daggerboard, rudder and outboard motor can all be operated from the cockpit. For high-performance cruising the Corsair 31 AC offers a spacious cockpit, roomy & functional interior, & plenty of storage space below deck (a table & extra bunk slide completely out of the way when not in use).
