1994 Sumerset 16 x 73 House Boat
I went and view this boat yesterday and I was very impressed about how nice it was.  This boat inside is decorated very very nice.  It has a warm and friendly feeling.  The carpet is new, it has a new wood floor in the galley and dining area, the drapes are new and the outside was totally repainted and the current owner did a wonderful job picking out colors that anyone would adore.  The galley has a stainless double sink, and oven with a four burner cook top, a microwave oven, a beautiful two door upright refrigerator, a dishwasher and a trash compactor.  There is also an ice maker in the built in cabinets at the end of the dining room.  There are four bedrooms and two baths in this floor plan.  Both baths have large showers and there is a holding tank for the toilets.  This boat is powered by two 5.7 GL Volvo Penta engines rated at 260 h.p. each and only having 263 hours on them.  The engines are hooked to two brand new duo prop outdrives which help with maneuverability. There is a digital depth indicator, a am/fm stereo radio with cd player, with six speakers on the upper deck and a tv in the salon with vcr.  There are two drive stations with electronic shifters and a steering wheel indicator.  Canvas includes a new full upper deck cover that extends all the way up and over the drive station.  There is also a Westerbeke generator with a Trane heat pump on the rear deck for heating and air conditioning.  On the upper deck there is a jet ski lift and a nice slide for the kids.  This boat sleeps ten in four bedrooms and a sleeper sofa in the salon.  There are multiple batteries on the boat with an isolator switch, a spotlight and a automatic fire suppression system.  The boat is a dark green with a black and white stripe and the interior is very light green with cream upholstery.
