Accommodations and Interior Layout
Two steps up the euro style transom and under the davit arches leads to the aft deck. Under the aft deck is a large locker containing the 220V Nautica dive compressor. Leading forward from the aft deck leads to the center cockpit and outside mechanical/cable steering station with large wheel and plenty of seating along with a Force 10 BBQ. Located on the steering pedestal is a custom fold up table designed by the owner and repeater unites for the Autohelm autopilot, depth, speed, temperature, and log data. Under the cockpit aft seats are 2 large storage lockers and access to the emergency steering system.
Further forward and down a circular stairway with 6 steps is the pilothouse/salon area containing Sea Star hydraulic steering station, seating, and electronics and navigation equipment on the starboard side. Under this salon floor is the engine room. Opposite the steering station and to port is a large settee and table with icemaker and pullout storage/wine locker just forward of it. Aft of the steering stationis a large navigation center where the radar display unite and other navigation related items are located. Aft of that is a TV/entertainment center hidden in a locker with 10 CD changer, DVD, Sony stereo, VCR, laser dick player, and TV.
Forward and down 2 steps is the large galley and dining area. Galley is to port and a large settee and dining table is to starboard. The galley contains a SeaFrost AC/DC refrigerator and freezer, gas 4 burner Force 10 stove/oven, double stainless steel sink with Corian countertopm and microwave.
Forward of the dinette is a large study with desk and shelves. Opposite of the study is the forward head containing a sink, shower, and toilet with manual push pump toilet. The forward head also includes a Philco washer/dryer unit. All the way forward is the VIP cabin containing a queen berth.
Leading aft from the pilothouse is the master cabin with queen berth and Vacuflush head. Head is on the starboard side and shower is on the port side.
Interior is finished in varnished cherry and all is in excellent condition. Flooring is varnished golden teak and holly, also in excellent condition. The entire yacht is air conditioned with 2 large MarineAir reverse cycle AC units. The windows are Lexan material.
The exterior hull is painted dark green and the topsides are painted white. The paint is in excellent condition.
