This is a very nice, well maintained boat. It is a 30,' twin 205 HP Mercruiser "Sundeck" cabin cruiser with V and aft bunks. Sleeps 4. Has 110/12V refrigerator, microwave, gas/electric stove, stereo radio, built-in air conditioning and SS props. Boat is in excellent condition. Has been on a boatlift most of it's life. Last year, this boat had over $7000.00 of maintenance repairs including new rubber boots, water pumps, (1) gimbal bearing, (1) hydraulic trim pump assembly, (2) tilt cylinders, all anodes, batteries, new "intelligent" dual bank battery charger, rebuilt carburator on stbd. engine, reupholstered aft seating bench and captain's chair, and new exhaust manifolds and risers, both engines. Boat is equipped with stainless steel rod holders. All major maintenance on an "older" boat has been done. This boat should provide years of trouble free enjoyment.
