'Cannon Ten' has just completed a FULL RESTORATION making her a one of a kind hand built custom yacht. She is a fast, powerful yet elegantly designed yacht that has the seakeeping characteristics of a ship but retains the maneuverability and speed of much smaller craft. Cosmetically and mechanically every system and surface from the bilges to the flybridge has been refurbished to better than new condition. No expense has been spared in materials or workmanship as every inch of this vessel has been perfected under the supervision of a master shipwright. This gorgeous yacht has been renewed and, where improvements could be gained, redesigned for maximum comfort and enjoyment of her new owner and guests. The galley, flybridge, salon, decks, staterooms, heads, engine room, electronics, crew quarters and lazzarette have all seen attention in the course of the restoration. The galley was rebuilt using native New Zealand hardwoods, a custom stainless steel entry was added along with custom artwork on her stainless steel full height outside access door. The flybridge has been redesigned with an all new teak table, new infrared electric grill, new sink & marble countertop along with all new refrigeration and freezer. The salon sole and all exterior decks have been redone in solid teak and a new bar area has been added to the salon aft and to port. Staterooms have ultra suede headliner and seating, heads have new gold plated fixtures to compliment the original Italian marble. The engine room has two new 22Kw Kohler gen-sets adjacent to completely rebuilt 1450 HP Detroit Diesel 16 cylinder mains. All new state of the art electronics including forward scanning sonar are housed in a redesigned lower helm. Crew quarters in the vee have a new head and vanity and every surface has been brought up to the high standards evident throughout the yacht. Every piece of exterior stainless steel has been removed and polished, all exterior wood has been sanded and re-coated. In the lazzarette a new 800 gal. per day watermaker and scuba tank racks have been added along with new batteries. These are just a few of the touches that truly modernize this yacht to 2009 standards. Attention to detail and pride of ownership are apparent throughout. The experience of viewing this yacht is truly a pleasure for the discriminating buyer. Her original hand built construction has been enhanced and modernized by a team of craftsman whose work is rarely, if ever, surpassed.
