This boat looks like it has just been launched. No expenses spared. It has been maintained by professional crew and has been sailed in the Far East since new.

The boat went through extensive refit in 2004 with the following work done to the boat: Renewal of teak deck and all teak fittings with 14mm Burmese teak wood. Renewal of Generator. Repainting of bottom. Repainting of decorating strip. Revarnishing of the entire inside. Adding additional sound insulation to the generator set. Renewal of Cruising sails. Overhaul of all winches and fittings. Renewal of all fitting screws. Renewal of all glass hatches. Overhaul of all the airconditioners and fridge compressors.

In 2000 the boat had a full osmosis treatment done with a 10 year warranty. In 2000 the main engine was replaced with a new and bigger 225HP Perkins Engine.
The boat has won a number of regattas including 1998 Kings Cup, 2002 Raja Muda Race, and the 2003 Singapore Straits Regatta.

In 2010 the boat went through another refit where all upholstery was renewed with white canvas, drawer knobs replaced with modern unit. Replaced halogen lighting with diode lights and also replaced all light switches. Replaced new Kohler generator in 2011. Space increased in aft cabin by removing ‘box’ over the bed and also a new  build in bench in aft cabin. All water taps and shower heads have been replaced and lastly, the wood interior have been refinished.
