Lagoon TPI

Never Land was built by Tillotson-Pearson (TPI) of Warren, RI and underwent a complete refit in 2005 - no expense was spared, so she not only has great eye-appeal, she is much newer in mechanics and instrumentation.  She is well equipped for live-aboard crusing, with a gas generator, solar panels, wind generator, water maker and an AC/heating system.  The Perkins M103 port engine was new in 2005 and the starboard engine rebuilt in 2007.  Both have conventional shaft drives.  Never Land has exceptional stability, room and storage.  She would also be a great buy for your own charter operation.
