This extremely popular Lagoon 42 is priced to sell.
 
Many people prefer the old style Lagoon design with the huge galley down below, and sloping saloon windows making the boat look a lot prettier in some eyes than the modern upright saloon.
With its large flat decks, and with a brand new trampoline recently fitted which is ideal for sunbathing and good size cabins, it makes a great boat for day charter or for long distance live aboard.
A well tried and tested sea worthy design and performs so they say better than the newer boats.
 
Steve the owner says that the boat is pretty much up together, but will need some TLC and some cosmetic work done to bring her up to top condition.
She lost her rudder last year and now a new one is being fitted but some not serious but some work will be needed. The boat will need a new set of sails and some new electronics. There is some extensive water damage to the interior woodwork which will need taking care of.
These Lagoons do not seem to come up for sale that often and when they do they demand top money as many have already been refurbished and refitted throughout.
They seem to be a catamaran that is worth throwing some money at as they do hold their price well and the owner has now reduced the price for a quick sale taking into account her present condition.

This cat is in need of some love, but at the end of the day she will repay it tenfold!

The Galley (Kitchen) has a full stainless gas oven, with 3 hobs. There is a large fridge and freezer built in, 2 sinks, plus plenty of cupboards for storage.

For sails, she is a bermudan sloop, with a fully battened mainsail and a self tacking jib
