Hunter Passage

This boat is fully cruise ready -- pick up the groceries on the way from the airport.  The owner must return home for personal reasons forcing him to part with his dream, just after he upgraded the boat for extensive cruising.  This Hunter 42 Passage was designed by Warren Luhrs, is powered by 62 hp Yanmar Turbo engine with low hours. In October 2010 new North Sails, Main and Genoa were installed including a new Lazy Jack reefing system. During recent haulouts, fresh Interlux bottom paint was applied, the cutlass bearing and PYI dripless seal were replaced.

Most electronics are Raymarine, including the autopilot, radar, chart plotters, wind and depth, plus an Interphase Twin Scope is installed. Electrical needs are served by almost new 8D AGM batteries, 450 watts of solar panels, a Northern Lights diesel generator and Freedom 20 Link 2000R inverter/charger. Aft of the stainless arch a set of Ocean Marine davits lift the Achilles hypalon dinghy with new Nissan 9.8 hp 4-stroke. The outboard lifted with a separate motor hoist fro storage on the aft rail storage mount. The Aqua Marine watermaker allows for extended time away from the dock.  Brand new Kyocera panels (4) with a total of 450 watts of sun power. 

In April of 2011 about $10,000 was spent adding equipment, upgrading the boat, and servicing the engine and generator.  Everything is in top shape.  If your goal is to step aboard and go cruising, this vessel has received the care and attention to make your dream a reality. A full complement galley, complete system diagrams and manuals makes this a Turn Key boat by definition.
