Fully battened mainsail
The decks are very cleanly laid-out and functional with a small raised "jet-like" cabin. Sail controls are where they should be Halyard rope clutch left on the mast to reduce chafe. The raised cockpit is enormous blending into the aft deck and sounded by a low stern pulpit. The traveler controls are well aft and out of the way, leaving the cockpit open and free of dangerous clutter.
The Mainsail is free footed without a mainsail boom. the jib track is self tending and molded into the deck. The overall appearance of the boat is very "space-age" and with her new paint job "Erin" looks like a rocket plane ready to take off.
The Carbon-fiber composite Wing Mast was built by Larry Tuttle of Santa Cruz boat-building fame.

The cabin is huge for a boat of this size. It is clean and well laid-out for a weekend cruise or a long singlehanded Transpac race to Hawaii. There is a large forward berth area and a big double berth area aft under the cockpit with plenty of head room. The main cabin and galley area has 6' 4" of overhead room with loads of space to store things.
There is an "escape hatch" located near the aft cabin berth ready for that Grand Prix long -distance ocean race.
The galley offers a stainless steel, a hand pump water system, stove, and a space for a cooler raised to counter height.
