The Valiant 40 is probably Bob Perry’s most famous design.  She has that lovely under body shape that gives her performance with a comfortable cruising interior and a sea kindly ride in any conditions with her canoe stern.  This boat is being offered by the original owner and all records, books, manuals, etc are included by a very detail conscious perfectionist.  For example the bilges are clean and painted.

The layout on this boat has the Pullman berth forward to port with lots of storage and lockers across, plus a huge sail locker forward.  She has a comfortable salon with two settees and a table, plus the usual U shaped Bob Perry galley.  She has a sit down nav area with a full size chart table.  The head and shower are aft to port, so the on watch guy does not have to trample all through the boat to use the head.  The engine compartment is also meticulous, and accessed from under the companion way ladder.
