With over 100 built during its decade-long production run, the 44' cockpit motoryacht is one of Tollycraft's most popular models. This particular two stateroom galley down example with the optional Cat diesels was in very nice shape when purchased five years ago; her knowledgeable and meticulous owner has spent over $60,000 and hundreds of hours of his time on the vessel since then and she literally shows as new today. Lying in a transferable Sausalito Yacht Harbor slip, this is THE nicest boat of her age we've run across in years and is an absolute must see.
Some highlights: About $20,000 spent renewing the interior with new carpet and upholstery throughout, almost $10,000 in all new canvas including fully enclosed aft deck and flybridge, all interior teak wooded, refinished with 10 coats of satin varnish and is absolutely perfect, new min-blinds, vessel extensively rewired and replumbed, new Bose stereo, new flat panel Sony TV with active-tracking satellite receiver, updated electronics, new galley appliances and VacuFlush toilets, custom teak & holly sole in galley and heads, about $10,000 spent servicing the main engines (with only about 1,300 total hours clocked, they include the Caterpillar chrome package and are real showpieces), three-zone reverse cycle heat/air with all units either new or rebuilt, the buffed and waxed hull looks brand new, isinglass and canvas IS new, etc etc etc--again, must see to appreciate.
Also note that there's a wait of about five years to get into this marina (and it's going to get even longer as we get closer to the America's Cup) so the potentially transferable slip is a material benefit if you're able to take advantage (and it's a coveted E Dock berth)
Price just significantly reduced, health issues prompting sale and offers encouraged...
