Accommodation
Access to the main saloon is via the sliding door from the aft deck and the Pilot House. The Pilot House has two doors, Port & Starboard. The Pilot House has a 3ft 4inch seat for the crew and two sets of stairs one up to the Flybrdige and one down to the cabins, bathrooms and engine room. The large saloon area has adequate storage and seating with beige upholstery and carpet and curtains throughout. Beautiful teak woodwork throughout. Full cabin heating via a Mikuni heating system and Webasto 9Kw water heater, also with air conditioning throughout, via Cruiair system.
The raised deck affords easy access to the helm position with access doors to port and starboard. With fully equipped galley comprising of an electric hob grill and oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, double enamel sinks with drainer. Pressurised hot and cold water system throughout.
Lower Deck
The lower deck is accessed via a set of spiral stairs from the wheelhouse. The Tania 47 offers 4 berths in 2 cabins, the owner’s cabin which lies amidships with its own dressing area and en-suite heads with sink, shower and marine head with 300ltr holding tank and lots of storage space, again beautiful teak carpentry throughout. To the rear of the owners cabin is door access to the large engine room with approximately 5’ headroom and walk through platform, further aft is a large storage area. The forward cabin again with a double bed with plenty of storage, a separate heads and shower lies between the two cabins, again with some lovely carpentry throughout.
Outside is a large aft deck with an easy to walk around deck and large flybridge area with an easy folding radar arch which can be dropped for low bridges.
Mechanical Systems
Situated in the engine room are two Caterpillar 3208 T.A 8 cylinder turbo diesel engines producing 375hp each (hours 2889 & 2875), which are freshwater cooled. Shaft drive to 4 blade bronze props which gives a cruising speed of approximately 9knots GRP fuel tanks that hold approximately 3400 litres. Full hydraulic steering and gear change for ease of handling.

5 x 12v batteries ( 2 of which were new in 2012) charging from engine alternators and 240 volt battery charger,
12 KW Onan on-board generator, full 240 volt ring main installed, and immersion heater.

Owners Comment: The engine room on this motor yacht contains all of the equipment that needs to be checked prior to and during a journey. Access to the engine room is by a large door which makes inspection easy and far more likely to be carried out than on a boat requiring more than half of the floor to be lifted.
