Performer Cuddy

Here's a boat for the real fisherman! She was made in Richmond, Va by Nat Turbyville and is very similar to an Albemarle.  The well-made hull is the old Seabird hull that was manufactured in Florida.  (Nat hired the owner/builder of the Seabird to run his operation in Virginia.) This 24 foot Performer was Nat's personal boat and the current owner purchased it from him.  Therefore, she has a few custom features that Nat added as follows:  the deck is a little higher so it is completedly self draining; the large center stringer is custom to strengthen the boat (shown in picture); and, there is extra fiberglass inside the transom to reinforce the support for the motor bracket so that two people can fish from the platform.  The aluminum on the hard top was fabricated by Marine Fabricators in Topping, VA and includes rocket launchers and speader lights. She has a deep vee hull and 24 degrees of deadrise.   She's powered by a 250 hp Yamaha 75 degree V-X Microcomputering Ignition System (1994) which is mounted on a platorm, allowing for more room in the cockpit!
