****** HUGE PRICE REDUCTION****** OWNER SAYS SELL,SELL,SELL!!! After a two day mechanical and general survey "GRANDS" is back on the market! It seems she had a leaking heat exchanger, boost pump, and battery terminal. All of these items have been replaced by Western Branch Detroit Diesel and she is ready to go. At the survey a complete compression test was done and oil analysis..passed with flying colours...Almost forgot, the dishwasher leaked, fixed as well. Current owner purchased this Hatteras 2 years ago in Annapolis. At survey both engines failed at wide open throttle. At that time, world famous, Tom Hugg did a TOTAL REUILD of both engines and transmissions. All new hoses, air seps, ect were added...and all documented. Since then the current owner has put 80 hours on "GRANDS" and changed all the fluids and filters. Just so you get a new engine room...a new 12KW GENSET was installed last Fall. It has 15 hours! Paint and Interior were done in the mid 2000's.Carpet was replaced over the winter. This boat looks great and is ready to go yachting. In her price range of 52's she represents a great value.
