Hatteras 40 DC MARK II

This in 1991 build Hatteras 40DC with fly bridge is powered with twin Caterpillar 370 hp engines and a bow thruster for easy manoeuvring. Fully equipped with reversible air-conditioning, solar panels, inverter, generator and water maker which make her a perfect live aboard with all facilities of a home. Full safety equipped with Epirb and life raft. Navigation includes radar, GPS, autopilot, plotter, Navtex and weatherman. Both time and money has been lavished on her upkeep ensuring the boat to be in A1 condition all the time. There is a swinging mooring in the bay of Puerto Andratx, Mallorca available as well. Of course delivered with dinghy with outboard. Spanish matriculation already has been paid.

 Diese Hatteras 40DC mit Fly Bridge wurde in 1991 gebaut und wird von zwei Caterpillar Motoren mit je 370 PS angetrieben. Ausgestattet mit einem Bugstrahlruder für leichtes manövrieren. Dieses Schiff ist komplett ausgestattet mit reversibele Klimaanlage, Sonnenkollektoren,  Inverter, Generator, Wassermacher, usw. und sorgt für ein perfektes Leben an Bord mit alle Ahnnehmlichkeiten eines Hauses. Komplette Sicherheitsausrüsting mit Epirb und Rettungsinsel.  Navigation umfasst Radar, GPS, Autopilot, Plotter, Navtex und Weatherman. Zeit und Geld ist investiert um diese Hatteras in tiptop condition zu behalten.  Der Liegeplatz an eine Boje in der Bucht von Puerto Andratx ist ebenfalls verfügbar.
