A solo circumnavigator’s dream to sail Cape Horn has to be given up. This presents an opportunity for someone to obtain a structurally solid world cruising boat at a very low price. The boat was built in Seattle and transited the Panama Canal to the Gulf of Mexico where it was damaged in hurricane Katrina. The current owner purchased it and transported it by truck to Freeport. The vessel spent 5 years cruising and has been on the hard for 8 years. The owner has dismantled most of the interior fitments to obtain inspection of the interior structure and to modify the layout for his intended use. The boat is structurally sound with no signs of corrosion damage. The engine is operable. The owner would consider an engagement that included his employment to restore the boat to a new owner’s specifications. Additional pictures and information are available. | ||
