The Beneteau First 310 is considered by many as a truly superb cruiser/racer. She is able to handle the club competition one day and cruising the next. All lines lead aft on the cabin roof making them easily reached and adjusted, has a huge starboard side cockpit locker, nice sized cockpit with swim platform. The accommodations comprises an aft stateroom, main salon with opposite facing settees and central dining table, enclosed head and vanity, practical galley with stove top and microwave, and a forward cabin V-berth. Central air/heat has been added along with satellite TV.

Fractional sloop rig, deck stepped. Silver anodized aluminum mast and boom. Stainless steel standard rigging with adjustable backstay. Running rigging replaced in 2007. Two Lewmar 30 self tailing primary winches. Two Lewmar 18 secondary winches. Slab reefing to mainsail. Head sail furling system.

Located under companionway. Volvo Penta 2002 marine diesel engine. Single lever engine controls. Two 12 volt batteries charged via alternator and 240V battery charger replaced in 2012.
