This is a very well equipped Watercraft (This is not to be represented as, miss-contrued as or confused with) a Monticello River Yacht. It is well fitted and ready to go cruising or just stay at the home port. It has lots of electronic gear including Loran, Auto-pilot, combined depth-speed and water temp devise, closed circuit T.V system for docking, davits, washer, dryer and a full galley. It has over 300 gallon fuel capacity, 154 gal water tank, 12 gal hot water heater, (2) 100 gal holding tanks and lots of below deck storage. There is plenty of room on the sun deck and bridge. Front and rear decks offer lots of privacy and/or entertainment space. It has a huge heat pump for cooling and heating+other ample heating alternatives. It has a pair of Model 500 Volvo 270 hp engines with low hours-approx. 427-487 respectively. It has duo-props and in combination with the engines the boat will get up and run, especially for a vessel of this size. The interior and exterior have been well maintained and very tastefully decorated. The skipper and first mate spend a lot of time on the vessel just relaxing; which was their game plan from day one. This vessel has been used more for a condo and vacation get-away; hence the low hours and good up-keep. It is, indeed, a real spacious vessel and could be a live-aboard at anytime or just go cruising. The owners have (2) other watercraft and are looking for another, large vessel.
