The forward cabin is a comfortable wood lined cabin with 2 opening port-hole style windows, along with upper side and forward facing screens, allowing a great deal of air and light in. The cabin offers 2 single berths in a V arrangement or,
There is ample under-bunk storage, shelving space and reading lights to the head of each bunk. This cabin is separated from the rest of the vessel via a bulkhead and a lockable bulkhead door.
5 steps down from the aft deck, the main saloon is a large open, beamy cabin, which is lined in teak, as is all of the vessel. There are large windows to both port and starboard and forward facing screens, The saloon itself features a large L shaped sofa around a drop-leaf table/drinks locker.
The interior helm position is set to port in the saloon cabin and features single lever Morse control, large teak rimmed helm wheel, depth sounder, bow thruster control and essential engine instruments, including water temperature, oil pressure, voltage and a rev counter/hour log reading 1712 hours. Also fuel and water tank level gauges. The main saloon has shelving running around most of it, plus storage shelving and lockers. This is a very well equipped saloon, providing comfortable accommodation for a number of people. Other features of the saloon include 12 volt ceiling mounted lights, ceiling mounted speakers for the stereo radio/cd player and, beneath the floor hatches, fantastic access to the engine and its ancillaries.
2 steps down from the main saloon, the galley is set to port and features a 3 burner hob with oven, Gas water heater, a large stainless steel sink with drainer with hot and cold mixer tap, combination 12 refrigerator, ample storage cupboards and shelves, ceiling ventilation, 12 volt lighting and an opening window.
Opposite the galley to starboard, the dinette has excellent access to the galley and features 2 opposite facing bench seats across a lowering table, which drops into position to form a second double bed if needed. This area also provides shelving space, cupboard space and a good deal of under-bench storage.
Heads and Showers
Located at the aft of the vessel in a large compartment, the heads feature electric flushing toilet to holding tank, wash basin, with hot and cold water, plus a shower which runs into a shower sump. There is also a mirror, 12 volt lighting, towel rails and storage cupboard.
Just aft of the heads and through a lockable bulkhead door, the aft cabin has a fixed double set to starboard, a cupboard/wardrobe area with dresser, 12 volt lighting and a number of windows running around the cabin. This is a comfortable owners cabin with masses of storage, plenty of daylight, and very comfortable for long cruising periods.
Main Cockpit Area:
The main cockpit area is situated in the aft deck, which is open, with two fixed deck box seats, it provides a great deal of space for entertaining. The windscreen folds down to reduce air draught. The cockpit leads onto the wide and safe side decks. The helm itself has single lever morse control, bowthruster control, rudder position indicator, depth sounder and essential engine instrumentation.

The present owner is the fourth owner and bought the boat in August 2013. The boat was surveyed at that time and all recommendations have been done.
Antifouling and and anodes were replaced at that time.
Due to ill health, the boat has not left the marina since then and is now being offered for sale.
