Holiday Mansion quickly became an industry leader in the design and production of Cruising Houseboats, incorporating the spacious accommodation of houseboats in performance fiberglass hulls. These cruising houseboats have proven themselves to be extremely fresh-water and salt-water friendly and in addition to extensive distribution throughout the North America can be found around the globe in numerous ports around the world.

The Barracuda Coastal 380 is best described as a "Great Cottage on the Water". There are three exterior levels: 

- A large upper sundeck with stainless steel rails and fiberglass built-in steps, fly bridge command with pedestal helm seat, built-in side seats for 4, dual controls and instrument panel

- A stern deck over the engine room that will accommodate deck chairs

- A large covered bow deck with 2 built in benches 

There are also three interior levels with the ability to sleep 9: 

- A galley area with a custom Oak table, 2 benches that convert to 2 double beds, lots of windows, and a small sliding door to stern

- A higher level living room with Helm, 1 pullout bed bench, lots of windows, and a sliding patio door

- A lower level cuddy with holding tank toilet, sink, tub, shower, mirror and a stateroom with 1 double bed, 1 twin bed, and a closet and drawers 

MCKENA has been cruised extensively throughout the 1000 Islands and has enjoyed many upgrades by both her original owner and her current owner. She is in very good condition and is looking for her next family who enjoys summers on the water.
