ICW Friendly Shoal Keel - Well Maintained and Equipped Here is an extremely well-maintained, well-equipped example of the highly sought-after CS 34. Vera has had many upgrades over the past few years and is ready to be your weekender, racer, or long-range cruiser. In July 2012 she underwent a draft reduction from 6'4" to 5'2", giving her the best of both worlds - a bit more lateral stability than the traditional shoal-draft CS 34 without the ground-pounding potential of the deep draft version. Concurrent with the draft reduction, Vera's bottom had years of excess bottom paint removed, barrier coat applied, and then painted with new anti-fouling, giving her a nice slippery bottom. Additionally, new rudder bearings were machined and installed, removing all traces of slop common with this design. Vera received a new dodger and frame in 2012, other cockpit canvas, and an upgraded genoa. Raymarine instruments and a nice entertainment system were added in 2011. The original equipment - air conditioning, refrigeration, stove, head, charging system, motor, self-tailing winches, etc.- are all in working order and have received regular service by her loving owner. To put it simply: Vera is a very nice boat. If you are looking for well-maintained boat that combines great versatility, speed and manuverability, and fantastic looks, then call today to schedule a showing!
