This sail has plenty of space both above and below deck. Entry to the vessel along a passarell which can be raised and lowered from the davits but also stows easily on passage.
The well cockpit has comfortable seating for 6 around a small table. Through the companionway down in to a large and naturally well lit saloon.
The u- shaped dining area can comfortably seat 6 at the fully adjustable foldaway dining table.
The fridge is stowed in the saloon and there is a large space for further electrical equipment or storage.
Going aft past the dedicated navigation station there is the aft head and shower.
The aft cabin has plenty of storage space and a comfortable double bunk. There is also an escape hatch which provides ventilation. There are also plenty of drawers and cupboards and a bench seat.
Going forward from the saloon, down the steps there is a very spacious galley. There is a 2 burner hob and oven, a stainless steel sink with hot and cold running water and a pump action seawater tap. There is plenty of stowage and work space and room enough for 2 people to use the galley at the same time.
Off the galley is the mid-ships double cabin again with plenty of storage space.
Going forward is the forward heads on the port side with a large larder opposite.
Forward to the V shaped twin berth cabin which again has plenty of stowage and also a large escape hatch.
This sail has been used as a holiday home in the Med and has only been used for fair weather local sailing.
The new Vetus engine was fitted in 2007 and has to date covered a modest 320 hours with all the servicing carried out by the owners.
The sails were new in 2006 and are in excellent condition. The sails spec is as follows; main, mizzen, genoa on a furling reef and a full spare set. All are stowed in lazy jack bags.
The twin wheel hydraulic steering is very light and the vessel very responsive and can be managed by a competent single person in moderate conditions.
The vessel also has a small Honda generator presently stowed on the forward deck.
There is also a 3.12 meter dinghy and a Tohatsu 8hp outboard. The dinghy has all the correct ownership paperwork.
There is a liferaft mounted on top of the stainless steel davits and also a number of lifejackets on board.
There is a gas/12volt fridge and a 2 burner gas hob and oven.
There are numerous fire extinguishers and also a fire blanket in the galley.
There is a large selection of tools also on board. 2 new batteries were fitted in Dec 2009 and come with a 2 year warranty from a local dealer.
There are plenty of ropes and fenders and shore power connections.
There are 3 anchors on board with a large amount of chain running through a 12 volt windlass. Bosuns chair. Gibb & Lewmar winches.
