Pandion, a 1990 Cambria 46 is one of the highest quality semi-custom performance cruising yachts built in New England. She offers comparable build and systems quality to the best, including Hinckley, Little Harbor and Nautor Swan. She is one of few single entry 44/46 Cambria’s to be offered for resale, and has been upgraded and maintained to the highest standard. Upgrade highlights include new engine, generator, electric secondary and main halyard winches in 2005, new main and genoa in the spring of 2006 and new bimini 2011.
PANDION is in superb condition and is designed and equipped for offshore passagemaking. She is equally enjoyable coastal cruising and offers a shoal keel with centerboard allowing access to more cruising areas without compromising windward performance. Although she has never raced, her sisterships have been successful when participating in coastal and ocean racing events.

Custom teak interior with satin varnish finish and teak cabin sole with contrasting inlay. The owners’ cabin is forward with off center double and adjacent seat. Two large drawers and additional storage under the berth and seat. Four wide drawers and a full cedar lined hanging locker & underdeck lockers & shelves. The private master head adjoins the stateroom and features a separate stall shower, generous vanity with stainless steel sink and good storage.
Continuing aft, the main salon features a U shaped settee to port and straight settee to starboard. There is storage behind the seat backs and in lockers with shelves between. Dining is on the teak double leaf table with bottle storage in the mid section, which will comfortably seat at least six. Aft of the starboard settee is a work desk with storage under and adjustable seat. Outboard is a storage locker and bookshelf with hidden passport locker.
Aft of the salon and to port is the U shaped galley with Formica and custom stainless steel counter tops, drawer bank and storage cabinets. Aft of the galley, adjacent the companionway, is the navigation center with built in electronics. The table top is hinged with storage under and shelves outboard.
Aft to starboard is a double quarter berth and second head. Forward of the berth is a cedar lined hanging/wet locker. Above the berth is a storage shelf. The aft head adjoins and features shower with separate sump, manual W.C., vanity with stainless sink and good storage.
Excellent natural light and ventilation with eight opening ports and 4 large fixed ports as well as three hatches, all with screens and three large dorades. Lighting includes reading lamps at all berths and settees, and dome lights.

Fiberglass hull cored with Airex core for sound and thermal insulation as well as better panel stiffness and weight reduction. In way of all thru hulls there is solid glass. The hull was Awlgripped Flag Blue with a red cove stripe and double white/red boot top. The bottom has an epoxy base with blue paint.
