The clever, no-nonsense European style interior is of mat finished, knife-cut Khaya African mahogany veneer with solid mahogany edge rails and solid laminated corners. The cabin soles are knife-cut teak plywood with carbon inlay. All interior surfaces where fiberglass is visible have been treated with a top coat, making the boat very user-friendly and easy to clean. All interior cushions are upholstered in stylish, 100% wool and are removable for cleaning or racing.
Beginning in the forepeak, the private forward cabin contains a full V-berth which is formed by two pipe berths with 6mm wood bottoms. Each pipe berth is hinged on the hull; allowing either berth to be detached and completely removed or folded against the hull side exposing sail storage underneath. A large opening hatch above provides excellent ventilation and convenient foredeck access. The freeboard interior hull side is lined in mahogany.
Aft to starboard is a mahogany wardrobe with shelves and bureau above; aft to port a mahogany hanging locker with bureau above. Forward cabin wardrobe and hanging lockers have canvas doors with zippers. The sole is teak with carbon inlay, above is an opening hatch on centerline.
Aft through the forward cabin door is the fully enclosed, full-width head area with standing headroom and an opening hatch on centerline above. The floor is fiberglass with a lowered teak grate, drain for shower and outlet to the bilge. To starboard is an ITT Jabsco Par/Brydon marine toilet with a mirrored double door cabinet outboard. Aft of the toilet is the basin counter with sink and Borma Flex tap/shower fixture supplying pressure water. Under the basin counter is a canvas door with zipper providing access to additional shelving and thru-hull fittings. To port is a full-length hanging/wet locker with zippered canvas doors. All bulkheads in this section are painted white with other surfaces treated with white topcoat. Basin counter, outboard cabinet and hanging locker are finished in heat resistant, white melamine.
Aft through the head door is the main saloon with equal length longitudinal settees to port and starboard. Each settee is well over six feet in length and sufficiently wide to be used as a berth. There is substantial stowage space beneath and outboard of each settee. Midships between settees is a removable, drop-leaf dining table with liquor and stemware storage compartments. The table is securely fastened to a steel mounting hoop which is bolted to the floor-frame grid section making the table very stable for cruising yet easily removed for racing. Outboard of the port settee is a shelf and the freeboard interior hull side is lined in mahogany. Outboard of the starboard settee is the factory optional entertainment center incorporating two cabinets fore and aft, each with an interior shelf, dark tint plexiglass sliding doors and bureau above. The entertainment center incorporates a center shelf between each cabinet and the freeboard interior hull side is lined in mahogany. The sole is teak with carbon inlay. Above is the coach roof headliner is glassed-in 4mm mahogany with an air vent forward followed by an opening hatch on centerline. On each side of the coach roof are two dark tint windows with anodized aluminum frames. Below the windows, full-length mahogany handrails run longitudinal at the lower edge of the coach roof. At the aft, inboard edge of each settee is a laminated handhold.
Aft of the main saloon to starboard is the navigation station. The longitudinal chart table runs the fullwidth of the nav station providing ample surface for chart work. The center-aft surface of the chart table lifts to provide stowage for charts and navigational tools underneath. The forward surface of the chart table lifts to provide access to a large, top loading, self-draining ice box underneath. This location allows room for mounting factory optional refrigeration and creates additional galley space. Under the chart table aft are four large drawers and under the center. Above the chart table forward is the factory custom electrical switch panel and aft of this is the area designed for installation of radio and navigation instruments. Forward and inboard of the electrical panel is the thermostat for the diesel forced air heater. Above the chart table there is a surface mount dome light and a flexible-stalk, halogen map light.
Aft of the main saloon to port is the galley. Slightly aft and midships between the galley and nav station is the engine box incorporating the companionway steps. The upper step incorporates additional galley counter space aft with a stowage bin under and is easily removed for racing. On the starboard side of the engine box facing outboard to the nav station there is a foldable nav seat. Above the engine box integrated into the coach roof is a large, sliding companionway hatch in dark tint plexiglass providing walk-through access and excellent ventilation. Aft of the companionway hatch are two dropin, dark tint plexiglass leeboards. The upper leeboard incorporates a ventilation grill and lock.
Aft on either side of the engine box are doors for the mirror image aft cabins. Each aft cabin has a dressing seat inboard and a mahogany hanging locker with bureau above outboard. The hanging lockers have canvas doors with zippers. The sole is teak with carbon inlay, above is an opening port inboard. Aft is a full queen sized double berth which is formed by two pipe berths with 6mm wood bottoms. Each pipe berth is hinged on the hull; allowing either berth to be detached and completely removed or allowing the inboard berth to be relocated above the outboard berth forming two single berths. An opening port inboard provides ventilation, outboard the freeboard interior hull side is lined in mahogany. There is stowage space under the berth and canvas pockets along the outboard side of the outboard berth provides additional storage.
