Oyster Lightwave 48 - Broker's Comments
This particular Oyster model is renowned as a fast cruiser with spacious living accommodation. It has had four owners from new and has been the subject of many updates.
Originally purchased by the current owner in 1996 and kept in Brighton Marina until 2002 when they set sail to the Mediterranean. After several years of cruising the boat was berthed in Gibraltar which is where she is currently berthed.
This vessel was lifted out in October 2015 for Re Anti-Fouling, Replacement of Anodes, Replacement of All Sea Cocks and a New Mast Gaitor.
The vendor is aware that the standing rigging is 10 years old and may need replacing and that the teak decks require attention. He will consider all sensible offers.
Currently berthed in Alcaldesa Marina in La Linea, very close to Gibraltar and is available for viewing by appointment.
This vessel has been priced to sell allowing for some modernisation.
