This Morgan 44.5 is a beautiful, center cockpit sloop. She is a one-owner and is without a doubt the finest example of a 1989 Morgan Sloop available on the market today. Owned by a very knowledgeable yachtsman that has maintained her in the style that a fine yacht like this deserves. She comes by her pedigree via the design team who designed STARS AND STRIPES of America's Cup fame. They had a hand in designing the sister ship from which the Morgan people develop this yacht. By starting with a graceful hull with a fine entry and full sections midships and aft, and employing a semi-balanced rudder and cruising fm keel, a high level of performance and the volume required for luxury accommodations is made possible. Her knowledgeable owner has spared no expense in the upgrade, maintenance and upkeep of the vessel. Please feel free to call or e-mail for more information or to arrange your personal showing.

Comfort, Performance, Style, Seakindlyness & Convenience. In all of these this yacht will exceed your fondest expectations.
This is a performance cruiser which has an amazing ability to go to windward and get up and go in light air.
She has a deep, secure cockpit, with a large aft deck.
The deck is unique among center cockpit yachts of her size.
The high bulwarks create a sense of sea worthiness and security.
The cockpit is wide and deep with high, secure, comfortable coamings.
The coamings themselves are wide enough to create a second level of seating.
The yacht is basically a two couple yacht with accommodations which are stretched the length of the vessel insuring privacy for the guests in well separated cabins.
The aft cabin - the master cabin - features a king size double bed.
It has a head with a separate tub shower.
The forward cabin ahead of the main salon has ample space for another couple. It also has its own head and shower.
There is room for another couple in a pull out double berth which converts from the port settee in the main salon.
The salon level galley is designed to keep the cook sheltered from the main cabin traffic yet included in the conversation and social activity.
It is an efficient "u" arrangement with a double sink with salt and fresh water auxiliary hand pumps and a fully insulated 14.5 cu. ft. refrigeration aft.
There is a 3 burner propane stove with an oven outboard.
There is also a brand new Force 10 Propane BBQ Grill w/mount.
There is plenty of storage all around, over and under, and there is a microwave oven over the aft counter.
Attention to superior light and ventilation is the hallmark of this yacht.
It has nine hatches and two Dorade ventilators.
Almost all hatch covers have been replaced and hatches have Sogeman Bugmaster insect screens
In addition the yacht is fitted with top of the line stainless steel opening ports - count 'em - eighteen of them.
This makes these yachts the coolest yachts on the water.
Two cabin, two head layout as follows:
From Forward: V-berth stateroom forward with storage under and a hanging locker to port. To starboard and slightly aft of the V-berth is the forward guest head, which can be entered privately from the V-berth or separately from the salon.
Next aft is the main salon, which features a straight settee to port, which converts to a double berth, and an L-shaped settee to starboard. There is a centerline, drop-leaf dinette table. There is storage underneath both settees.
The U-shaped galley is aft and to starboard. There is ample counter space and storage for all of your cooking needs. Across from the galley is the outboard facing, sit down navigation station. Aft of the nav station is the walkthrough to the aft cabin. Headroom in the walk through is 6'4" and has additional storage as well as access to the engine room.
All the way aft is the master stateroom with centerline Queen berth, hanging lockers and a private ensuite head with separate shower stall.
The interior shows very well with teak and holly cabin sole throughout.
