The Moody 376 is a solid and dependable centre cockpit yacht that has stood the test of time. They are sought not only for their design, build and sailing characteristics but also for the very generous accommodation, not least of which, the owner's aft cabin.
Hannakin has been in the same ownership since 1999. She was fitted out in the UK for a circumnavigation back then and subsequently cruised across the Atlantic, Panama Canal and Pacific. She reached these waters in 2006 and has continued with short trips locally. Maintained very well by her meticulous owners, she has had some very sound improvements and remains in a turn key condition.
At the last haulout in January 2016 the hull was completely taken back, keel sand blasted and filled, then primed and antifouled.

Full forward the vee-berth can convert to a double and has its own bathroom just aft on the starboard side, which is also accessible from the saloon by a second door. The saloon has an L shaped settee to starboard with a single settee berth opposite. The table is fitted centrally around the mast support and opens out to the full width of the saloon.
Galley to Port and Nav' station to Stbd, behind which is the passageway to the Aft suite. Previously, this passageway use to accommodate a pilot berth but the space has recently been modified and a new 12v refrigerator with 5" thermal insulation is located there. Clear and ample access to the clean and uncluttered Engine room is also from here.
The Aft suite is well appointed, surprisingly large with ample shelving / cupboard space and plenty of natural light from two aft facing opening port lights and a large opening deck hatch.
Good offshore design. PLASTIMO NEPTUNE 2000 Two burner gas stove, grill and oven. SHARP microwave oven. Double stainless steel sinks. Pressurised hot and cold water. One hand pumped fresh water and another outlet from the watermaker. The top loading fridge is now only for storage, another fridge is located in the aft passageway, 5 inches of insulation, and is served by a DANFOSS BD35F 12 volt compressor.
The ECH2O Tec 500-BML-1 76lph watermaker was decommisioned in 2007 as the RO membrane needed replacing. The high pressure pump was removed to prevent wear in the magnetic clutch unit and the raw water intake pump was removed and serviced. These parts are available for reinstallation. There is no RO membrane.
