Ferro Cement Sloop

This is a Sampson design and owner built ferro-cement sloop built in Alaska.  She has a new Perkins 85 HP diesel.  Perfect for a live aboard or cruiser.   She has fresh paint all around and new carpet.  There is roller furling on the main sail.  More storage and head room (6'6") than necessary.  The settee is huge; space enough for 8-10 people.  The V-berth is very large but needs new cushions.   This boat can run to and from Alaska many times over with no worries of hull damage.  Documented vessel.
