Excellant Marriott Slip on D Dock!! BONUS TO SELLING AGENT!!! The Morgan 44 is well respected for strength and speed. A very comfortable center cockpit, aft cabin cruiser. I have personally sailed this one many times. The ride is firm, but when it gets going it is suprisingly fast for a heavy weather cruiser.
This one has never been worked hard, never been cruised, and loved by each of the past owners. Everything is original and everything looks easily ten years younger than it is.
Two speed primary winches make tacking easy. A Harken bat car system makes raising the main so easy it can be done by hand. This system is so smooth that the sail can be lowered with the sails full, in a strong wind. Imagine being able to reef the main WHEN IT IS STILL FULL!
The jib has an oversized furling system.
The teak trims make this one of the most beautiful boats in this size.
This one of the only sailboats of this size that has a walkin engine room.
