This 1988 Morgan 44 Center Cockpit is located in Warwick, Rhode Island and is available for showing by appointment only.
Conceived from the design office of Nelson and Marek, and built by Morgan Yachts; the Morgan 44 represents a robust, capable, go anywhere cruising yacht, with comfortable accommodations and sailing prowess.
Southern Yankee is a very well maintained example of this fine cruising sloop. She has been under the care of her current owner since 1989. During this tenure of ownership, very detailed records and logs related to the machinery and systems have been kept with uncanny accuracy, and the boat itself has been kept in impeccable condition. Southern Yankee has many sea miles under her keel and has served her owner well through the years, logging trips to the Caribbean and around New England waters. She is ready for a new owner to take her cruising, or would make an ideal live-aboard.
Owner is offering free delivery to any US East Coast port as part of the sale.
