She’s a Finnish boat designed by Jorma Nyman.There were only five 48′ Jonmeri boats ever made. Three of them are pilothouses. The boat is hull #1 ,a world sailor and fast. Head with shower and sink and new toilet installed Nov 2016, fold out desk, and settee. Moving forward is the pilothouse, helm, and navigation station. Going down the steps, starboard (to the right) is the galley. On the port side (left) is the salon with U-shaped settee and table in the middle. Going forward from there you enter a stateroom with bunk beds.Each stateroom has its own locker (closet) and a lot of storage. New head and holding tank installed Oct 2016, sink, and shower. Forward of the head is a sail locker, which you access from the deck above.

Deck: Teak decks with lots of life. The core was inspected during 2015 survey and no intrusion to coring found.
Rigging: Cutter rig that can be switched to sloop. Sails are in great shape and you get all the extra sails listed above. Hydraulic roller furling in-mast main. Hydraulic roller furling headsail. Manual Schaefer roller furling staysail. Rod standing rigging in great shape, recently checked by rigger prior to sailing Seattle to San Diego this past August. Hydraulic back stay and boomvang, recently serviced. Boomvang rebuilt in June 2016 by Navtech/Lewmar. All winches oversized. Primary winches are electric, two-speed. Halyards run in-mast for protection.
Electonics: 24 volt primary with 12 volt inverter as well. Freedom 110 volt Inverter. Garmin HD Radar recently replaced. Garmin chartplotter with Satellite Weather and Radio module attached and NMEA 2K Backbone. Garmin AIS Class C, Garmin VHF, BNG Instrumentation which includes: depth, knot meter, wind indicators, water temp. Furono Loran-C. Furono Sat/Nav. Furono Auto Pilot with redundant control in aft cockpit. Stereo system with speakers throughout the boat. Smart TV in salon.
Heads: Forward head recently had brand new toilet and holding tank system installed October 2016. Head includes shower, sink and a lot of cabinet space for storage.
Aft head is in master stateroom. Brand new head and holding tank installed Nov. 2016. Holding tank under the nav station. Head also includes a shower and sink and cabinet space for storage.
Both bathrooms have wire ran for electric heads if desired.
Salon: Has a lot of storage space. U-shaped settee is great for entertaining. Under the settee is the fresh water pump, which we replaced in January 2016. The 4 gallon water heater is also under the settee. It was installed in August 2016 The icemaker is in the salon. It works great and makes a lot of ice very quickly.
Lots of storage in the floor throughout the boat. All floor is teak.
Between the galley and forward head are two staterooms. Starboard is twin bunk beds with storage underneath and a closet. Port is a VIP stateroom with a door that closes for privacy. This room also has a closet and a lot of shelves and cabinets and storage under the floor and under the .Custom mattress made by HandCraft Mattress in April 2016 which cost $3500. There is tons of storage in the master stateroom. A lot of cabinets and a closet. There is also a desk that folds out and a small settee. Under the master bed is a diesel heater that heats the entire boat through radiant heat and vented blowers.Engine is a Cummings turbo diesel installed in 2003. Raw water pump was replaced January 2016. Heat exchanger zinc replaced July 2016. Cruising RPM is 2,000 which gives you a speed of 8 knots (speed of most trawlers). Two fuel tanks, 100 gallon and 60 gallon with easy manifold system. There is also a manual oil drain pump connected to the engine.
Generator is a Kubota 110v, replaced at the same time as the engine. Full sound shield. We have spare parts for it as well, including filters, belts, etc. Low hours.Replaced all the house and engine batteries in August 2016. House batteries have heart monitor system, which gives you all needed info about the batteries. Gauge, temp, hours, etc.
Watermaker: Sea Recovery AquaCube. We have new pre-filters for it that we haven’t installed. Has fresh water flush so no need to pickle Duel steering controls, one in pilothouse, one in aft cockpit. They are independent of each other. Aft cockpit helm is mechanical chain and cable. have a spare. Pilothouse helm is manual hydraulic. Autopilot uses electric hydraulic.
Under sail she is very fast, usually sailing circles around everyone else. She was built to be a performance world cruiser with comfort in mind.
