CANNONBALL is a cruiser racer sailboat designed by the famous yacht architect and designer German Frers. The boat was built in 1987 by the world-known shipyard Williams & Manchester (Newport, Rhode Island, USA). The boar was built in aluminium with aeronautical welding expertize for a US client. The client sailed the boat for about 5 years in the Atlantic Ocean winning several prestigious races including the Newport Bermuda long race.
Afterwards, the boat was brought in the Mediterranean Sea by an Italian who sailed the boat and won several races for maxis, including the European Maxi championship. The boat has been sailed by the world´s most famous skippers and tacticians.
Finally, the boat was sold to the present owners in the early 2000. The current owners carried lots of works to improve the boat´s interiors, systems and deck. The current owners have used the boat only 2 months per year. During winter, the boat is held off the water in the port of Gaeta, nearby Rome, Italy

Located on bow of the boat. Three single berths fitted to port and starboard. There is plenty of space to store sails and other equipment. Steps fitted to allow access to deck hatch.
Situated forward of the fourth guest cabin on the starboard side. The bathroom includes a shower, toilet and wash hand basin with mirror and locker space. Access with two doors from skippers cabin and third guest cabin.
Situated forward of the saloon to starboard. Twin single berths with storage space beneath the lower berth. Hanging locker forward and chest of drawers, inset into the bulkheads on the inboard side. Opening hatch together with topside port light give light and ventilation
Large U-shaped settee to port and starboard sides with storage space beneath. Built in 5-seater sofa to port side with dining table. Several occasional chairs provide additional seating to starboard side of the table. Built in 5-seater sofa to starboard side with drawer space beneath. Outboard of the settee and sofa are top storage lockers. On starboard side there is a TV screen, DVD players and amplifiers. Opening deck hatch offers ventilation and light into the saloon.
Situated backward of the saloon to the port side. Twin single berths with storage space beneath the lower berth. Hangin locker forward and chest of drawers. Opening hatch together with topside port light glive light and ventilation. En suite bathroom with two doors access from cabin and also from saloon.
Large U-shaped galley. Access from the saloon are on the port side. Twin galley sinks integrated into galley worktop. Large stainless steel front opening refrigerator and one stainless steel front opening freezer. Refrigerator and freezer cooled by separate DC powered, water cooled compressors. Four stainless steal burner cooker with oven. Full set of kitchen utensils and equipment. Opening hatch for light and ventilation.
Navigation desk with chart storage beneath. Drawer space below chart table. The furniture units incorporate space for navigation displays. Electrical distribution board built into the furniture opposite the chart table area on the corridor leading to back cabins

Opening hatch together with topside port light give light and ventilation. Guests use bathroom of the second Guest cabin and access through door in the backward port side of the saloon.
Large room with two twin beds with steps fitted in the middle to aloow access to deck. Generous hanging space to both port and starboard. Drawer and locker unoits with fiddled tops both port and starboard. En suite bathroom to the owners ‘cabin comprising a separate showeer stall. Wash hand basin with mirror and locker space behind.
Engine and generator compartment:
Access to the engine and generator is easy and can be done from saloon by removing cover below the saloon stairs that lead outside or from the starboard corridor facing the first guest cabin.
