Marine Trader Tradewinds 47

This 47ft. Marine Trader Tradewinds is in turn key condition and ready for cruising. The boat is one of the finest 47 trawlers that is layed out with the liveaboard in mind. Built to last with a solid fiberglass bottom, huge full width aft master cabin, large wide sidedecks, wing doors on the aft deck and beautiful teak interior are just some of the many attributes of this model yacht.

 This boat has had many numerous upgrades in the past few years. All new electronics at the lower and upper helms, including radar were installed two years ago, four new A/C units in the last few years, new heads, new holding tanks, newer washer,newer dryer, new inverter, and a new secondary Westerbeke 8KW genset also installed in the past two years. Also done in the past few years, new granite countertops and a granite dinette were installed in the galley. 

The layout consist starting at the front of the boat  a forward cabin with port side over and under berths, cedar lined closets and a ensuite bath with new Raritan head. Moving back you have the spacious galley to port with Magic Chef 4 burner stove, Kenmore fridge/freezer, double stainless steel sink, Magic Chef microwave and granite countertops. To starboard is the granite dinette with leather seating. Aft and up you have the large roomy spacious salon with a L shaped leather sofa, rattan coffe table and to starboard the lower helm and sliding door. Moving aft is the second stateroom with over and under berths and a study desk with plenty of storage. Moving aft you have the large full width master stateroom with a centerline queen size berth with new mattress and with nightstands on each side, cedar lined hanging locker, chest and drawers, built in desk and a hidden washer. The ensuite bath is very large and has a new Raritan electric head installed Going outside you have the huge spacious aft deack with a large al fresco dining table, wet bar with hidden dryer, large freezer and outboard motor bracket. The flybridge is also very large with u-shaped seating that is geat for entertaining.  

The Tradewinds is know for it's generous headroom in this boat that is a comfort for tall people. This is a great boat for someone wanting to cruise the islands, do the loop or just living aboard.  It has been caringly maintained by it's present owner with logs of all the work and maintenance that has been done in the last 12 years. This boat will not dissapoint and is a pleasure to show.
