Forward cabin provides plenty of space, comfort and privacy for your guests with privacy doors to both the galley area and the guest head compartment, the chef aboard will appreciate the full service galley which is located just aft to port. The galley has plenty of work space counters, ample storage, reliable and easy to use appliances and tons of natural lighting; just across the galley to starboard is a huge dinette that converts to a large double berth. There is storage under each settee, easy access to wiring, and again, a vast amount of natural lighting bringing out the rich woodwork and making the space a delight to be in (unlike the caves in many motoryacht models). The Salon is spacious, well lighted and features a lower helm with a side opening door, opening windows, beautiful flooring. Aft, down three steps is the master stateroom. An incredible layout featuring a queen island berth, to starboard is a vanity with stool, lighted hanging locker, storage and more storage, a built in night stand, to port is more storage, lighted lockers, a washing machine within it's own storage compartment, and the ensuite master head compartment. There is air conditioning throughout the vessel to ensure your PC (personal comfort) level remains high even on those hot summer days on the Chesapeake Bay.
The aft deck is great for relaxing or entertaining. The hard top is a great feature that not only affords you a place to store the dinghy while underway, but gives sturdy shelter from the sun and weather. Two bench seats on the bridge along with the captains chair and a passenger chair is assurance the captain will not be alone while underway. You can have all the backseat drivers you can stand during the trip!!
Think operating a yacht of this size can be difficult? You will be amazed at the ease of handling as she is equipped with both a bow and stern thruster!
Features a queen island berth with custom mattress, two opening screened ports, one large opening hatch overhead with custom screened doors, storage at the head of the bed and shelving. To port is a lighted hanging locker with drawers beneath and access door to the head compartment, to starboard are custom storage drawers for nuts/bolts/batteries, jewelry etc., two storage drawers beneath the bed, 12v lighting forward and aft.
Broker notes: The custom storage drawers were put in to organize and house nuts, bolts, batteries, and other hardware that a typical boat tinkerer would need. They were designed and installed in such a way as to not take anything away from the beauty of the cabin (you know what I mean - THE WorkShop LOOK). The great thing about this storage is one can easily use it for other things such as jewelry or other cool treasures.
FORWARD HEAD COMPARTMENT
A large enclosed head compartment is situated to service the guest cabin from a private entrance or day use from guest with an entrance into the galley/dining area. The compartment features an electric flush marine toilet, a huge sink, storage lockers, shelving, a large screened port, bulkhead mirror, shower nozzle and curtain, teak towel rack, faucets (replaced Feb 2012), teak trim (replaced Feb 2012)
Just aft of the forward cabin is the galley and dining area. The fully functional galley is located to port and features:
Vitrifrigo Refrigerator with Freezer Compartment (New 2012)
Galley Maid three burner electric stove with oven and cover and storage drawer beneath
Black and Decker Toaster Oven
Deep stainless steel sink with h/c pressure water
Two fire extinguishers
One opening screened port
Ample counter space for food preperation

The dining area located directly across from the galley features a large dinette table with bench seating. The table lowers to convert to a good size berth. To lower or raise the table, simply push the button -- it is electronically operated. There are six storage drawers in the dining area plus the bench seating is all storage beneath. Access to wiring is just behind the dinette.
Both the galley and the dining area are well lighted with natural lighting from the forward Salon windows making is a very pleasant space in which to prepare meals and eat.
Up three steps from the galley/dining area the Salon has two entry points from the outside. As you enter from the aft deck down the sweeping stairs, the first impression is that this space is well lighted, roomy, comfortable, yet wide open for entertaining with easy transition from the galley to the saloon to the aft deck.
There is a second entry point at the lower helm station giving you easy access to the outside of the boat, plenty of natural ventilation while underway or in port and even more light. The lower helm station contains full engine instrumentation gauges, electronics, a beautiful ships wheel and the electric panel to the side.
Further features of the salon are the comfortable sofa and sitting chair, coffee table and matching end table, lamps, opening screened windows, curtains, teak and holly sole, and again, tons of storage compartments.
The master suite is just three stairs down and aft of the salon. An incredible space that invites you to relax and pamper yourself as if you were in a 5 star hotel. Featuring a center isle queen berth with an escape hatch behind, either side has a built in night stand, storage lockers with shelving, counters that offer plenty of room for your personal items, lighted hanging lockers, storage drawers and a vanity on the starboard side with a stool. The ensuite head compartment features an electric marine toilet, sink, separate shower stall, storage, shelving, opening port, teak grate flooring and large mirrors.
HULL AND DECK
The aft deck features a hard top with side panels which turns it into another room on those chilly or rainy days, it has carpeting, a wet bar complete with stainless steel wine glasses, four seating chairs, a table and two matching end tables.
There were two custom made poles added to the aft deck to enhance the support of the hard top. A few steps lead to the bridge which has the captains chair, a passenger chair and two bench seats to accommodate your guests while underway. There is custom canvas on the bridge so weather is never an issue. There is a custom chart storage box aft.
The dinghy lift arm was custom built to be able to handle the weight load of a jet ski.
Wide wing doors lead to the side decks which you will find comfortable and easy to navigate when you go forward. The foredeck has enough room for the party to expand even more! Or if you enjoy star gazing while at anchor you can stretch out on your lounge chair - there is plenty of room.
