Encore's owners are reluctantly selling their beautiful sailing dream. They have had many wonderful cruise adventures and kept the boat in great shape.
The boat would make a great live-aboard or round-the-world cruiser for her next owner. She has roomy and comfortable accommodations. The split cabin configuration gives privacy for the owners in the aft cabin and provides space for an enormous engine room. This engine room houses the Yanmar diesel and the Northernlights gen set, still with room for tools and a small work shop.
Sloop rigged and easy to sail, she handles rough seas like the bullet proof cruiser she was built to be. The A/C keeps her cool at the dock, and when on the hook, she has 14 opening hatches and ports that let the breeze come through the boat. The electric windless runs on 12v (don't need the engine started or gen set on to haul the anchor) and was rebuilt by the factory in 2014. The current owners installed a very functional swim platform that allows easy water access.

The CSY 50 is a center cockpit, split cabin, sloop. The cockpit has room for people to move without being in each others laps. Access to the engine room is the a hatch forward of the helm.
As one enters the forward cabin down the companionway, the well-equipped and spacious galley is on the port side. Across from the galley on the starboard is a cabin containing two over/under twin bunks. As one proceeds into the main saloon, the dining area is on the port side adjacent to the galley with a settee on the starboard side. Continuing forward, a head and hanging lockers separate the forward cabin and v-berth from the saloon.
The aft cabin is accessible from the cockpit. The owners cabin, queen-sized berth and enclosed head provide privacy when guests are on board.
