“BEALICIA” is a classic Bruce Roberts Designed offshore cutter built at the World Renowned R. Cyr Shipyard in Ontario, Canada. She was built of welded steel plate construction. The Spray 44’ is a large well laid out center cockpit cruising cutter. Her extensive equipment inventory includes; Bow Thruster, Autopilot, GPS, Radar, 4 Solar Panels, Electric Anchor Windlass, Staysail and a Replacement Yanmar Diesel Engine installed in 2005. She went thru a nearly major refit in 2005 including most electronics and a replacement Yanmar Diesel Engine. Her interior boasts over 6' 6" of headroom and is light and bright with 9 large opening hatches and 6 opening ports. All of these screened openings allow for plenty of airflow while keeping your safe from the environment. Her interior was also professionally finished in varnished mahogony with an epoxied maple hardwood sole. She has been in dry storage in a "Do it Yourself" Marina in Southeast Florida for approx. 2 years. Boat has some plating issues below waterline and needs some welding repair. BRING ALL OFFERS.
